Full Service Furnishing Design Packages are for the client that is looking to completely transform and furnish a single room or various spaces or pieces throughout the home. The team at Studio L handles every step of the design process - from design concept through to complete installation.
Pricing
The design fee is a flat fee, that covers the entire design process from start to finish, within the specified scope of work. The design process is kicked off with a 90 minute in-home consultation, requiring an upfront payment of $400. The design fee will be determined at the In-Home Consultation.
New Construction & Renovation
Planning a new build or renovation? Studio L’s services will help you from start to finish: design concept & programming, layout, material selection, specifications, construction drawings & documents, professional renderings, procurement, coordination with trades, & management.

INITIAL IN-HOME DESIGN CONSULTATION
After an initial phone call, Lauren will meet with you to discuss your project's scope of work, budget, interior design style, and design fees for all requested services.

CLIENT INTAKE AND DESIGN CONCEPT
Upon entering into a client/designer service agreement, our team will gather all of the detailed project information and design concept research to define your dream interior style.

PROJECT DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the project design concepts are finalized, Studio L will create your project drawings, space plans, furniture plans, material and furnishing specifications, custom quotes, budgets, and design presentation boards.

DESIGN PRESENTATION
We'll meet with you to present a comprehensive and detailed project plan, by reviewing drawings, space plans, presentation boards, material samples, and itemized budgets.

PURCHASING AND EXECUTION
Upon 100% approval of the presented design components, our team will purchase all merchandise and manage all project details - including item procurement, order expediting, scheduling, merchandise receiving and coordination.

PROJECT INSTALLATION AND EVALUATION
Furnishings are delivered and seamlessly installed by trusted professionals, with the constant supervision and direction of Lauren and our team. All accessories and final details are placed with care, so that you return to your stunning and personalized dream home.
