Let's Take a Tour! Our Very Own Fixer Upper

I apologize for the radio silence on my end, but a major development has been taking place, and I could not be more excited to share it with you!

Earlier this month, my husband Richard and I closed on a "new" home!  And not just any home - this house was flooding during the reservoir release after Hurricane Harvey.  The house was completely gutted by the previous owners, after taking on 14+ inches of water. 

The process to get to closing was grueling and emotional, but now the fun begins!  The renovation is what we are truly excited about.  We absolutely love the quaint neighborhood, and the location for us is perfecto. 

Renovation work has already begun, and I will be blogging about progress here throughout the project!  I am also posting progress to my Instagram on a daily basis, so follow along there if you'd like real time updates (Instagram @studioLinteriordesign).
